The Point Reyes Peninsula is a unique landscape of biological diversity where over 45% of North America’s avian species and rare animals including elephant seals and tule elk are found. Within the Park and throughout West Marin County, family farms have also been protected through the development of the first agricultural land trust.
These sound rich stories take listeners on a journey through the natural splendor of Point Reyes National Seashore, to an ancient Coast Miwok village, to the earthquake of 1906, and to dairy and ranch life past and present.
