Program Summary: Salvadorans speak about life and death in their homeland. In El Salvador, non-combatants are targets of death squad assassinations and military operations, including the bombing of civilians in “free-fire” zones. The United States has provided training and weaponry for a war of terror which since 1979 has taken the lives of 50,000 civilians.
