Program Summary: Democracy is government rule by its citizens through elected representatives. Today this is impeded by general apathy due to feelings of disenfranchisement and powerlessness. Telecommunications are changing the means by which people can and will interface with their government. This show explores some aspects of how telecommunications are affecting the democratic process.
